Graphex Group Limited has announced the renewal of a HK$12 million Revolving Loan Facility with Earthasia Worldwide Holdings Limited, maintaining an interest rate of 12% per annum from January 2025 to December 2027. This renewal constitutes a discloseable transaction for the company under Hong Kong’s Listing Rules but is exempt from shareholder approval. The agreement allows for the loan to be drawn down at any time for up to a year during its availability period.
