Granite Construction Incorporated announced the retirement of Lisa Curtis as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, effective September 16, 2024, although she will remain with the company in a non-officer capacity until March 2025. Staci Woolsey has been named as her successor, bringing her experience as Vice President and Corporate Controller at MDC Holdings and AECOM to the role. Woolsey’s background in accounting and status as a Certified Public Accountant underscore her qualifications for overseeing the financial strategy of Granite Construction.
