Grange Resources Limited has informed the ASX that Honglin Zhao ceased to be a director of the company as of July 15, 2024. Prior to his departure, Zhao held a substantial interest in the company, possessing 1,727,702 fully paid ordinary shares and 1,718,052 performance rights. The company is required to provide this information under listing rule 3.19A.3 and section 205G of the Corporations Act.
