Grandshores Technology Group Limited has announced changes in its board, including the resignation of Ms. Lu from her non-executive Director role, and the appointment of Mr. Yao Zeqian as a new non-executive Director, effective from 5 July 2024. Mr. Yao, holding a bachelor’s degree in economics and related to the chairman, has been appointed for a three-year tenure with a director’s fee of HK$200,000 per annum. The board has expressed gratitude to Ms. Lu for her contributions and a warm welcome to Mr. Yao.
