Grande Portage Resources Ltd. has announced a non-brokered private placement to raise up to $1 million by offering units at $0.18 each, which includes a common share and a purchase warrant. The funds raised will support the exploration of its Herbert Gold property in southeast Alaska and provide general working capital. The Herbert Gold property hosts significant gold and silver resources and is part of the prolific Juneau Gold Belt.
