Grand Ocean Advanced Resources Co., Ltd. has announced an extraordinary general meeting (EGM) scheduled for October 23, 2024, to discuss and potentially approve a share consolidation plan. Under the proposed plan, every ten existing ordinary shares of par value HK$0.01 would be consolidated into one share of par value HK$0.10, with fractional shares aggregated and sold for the company’s benefit. The meeting will enable shareholders to vote on the resolution and appoint proxies to vote on their behalf if they cannot attend.
