Grand Ming Group Holdings Ltd. has announced its upcoming annual general meeting, scheduled for August 22, 2024, in Hong Kong. Shareholders are set to approve the previous year’s financial statements, re-elect executive directors and an independent non-executive director, and re-appoint BDO Limited as the company’s auditor. Additionally, resolutions will be considered to authorize the board to repurchase up to 10% of the company’s shares and fix directors’ and auditors’ remuneration.
