Gran Tierra Energy ( (GTE) ) has shared an update.
Gran Tierra Energy reported record operational performance in December 2025, delivering its highest-ever monthly output at 48,235 boepd and reaching 10,000 bopd in Ecuador during the fourth quarter, underscoring the growing importance of its Ecuadorian assets. The company has fulfilled all exploration commitments in Ecuador, advanced multiple field development plans, and continued to expand waterflood programs, while in Colombia and Canada it is progressing drilling and infrastructure work that support future development and production growth. Preliminary unaudited 2025 figures indicate average annual production of about 45,800 boepd, estimated revenue between $590 million and $610 million, adjusted EBITDA of $270 million to $290 million, and net debt of roughly $657 million, alongside non-cash impairment charges in Canada and Colombia and a fourth-quarter margin impact from a large Ecuadorian inventory build that was monetized in early 2026.
