Grafton Group PLC has announced the purchase of 34,721 of its own ordinary shares at an average price of £10.8160 each for cancellation, as part of its £30 million share buyback program. The buyback occurred on September 3, 2024, with shares bought ranging in price from £10.7060 to £10.9620. To date, the company has acquired a total of 144,721 shares under the ongoing program.
