Graco Inc. has announced the appointment of J. Kevin Gilligan as the new Chair of the Board and Governance Committee, taking over from Lee R. Mitau who will retire at the upcoming Annual Meeting on April 26, 2024, due to age-related retirement guidelines. Additionally, R. William Van Sant will retire as his term expires, not seeking re-election.
