GR Silver Mining Ltd. has announced the cancellation of the Share Purchase Agreement to sell Marlin Gold Mining Ltd., after the deal failed to close by the designated deadline. The company now plans to concentrate on expanding its core Plomosas Project in the Rosario Mining District of Sinaloa, Mexico, while retaining a substantial interest in several concessions in the area, including the former La Trinidad gold mine.
