GR Life Style Shareholders Approve Key Resolutions

GR Properties Limited (HK:0108) has released an update.

GR Life Style Company Limited successfully held its Annual General Meeting (AGM) on June 28, 2024, where shareholders overwhelmingly approved all proposed resolutions by way of poll. Key decisions included the adoption of financial statements, re-election and remuneration of directors, reappointment of auditors, and approval of mandates for share issuance and repurchase. Notably, the resolutions to grant general mandates for the issuance and repurchase of shares were passed with about 95% approval.
