The GPT Group has successfully concluded its 2024 Annual General Meeting with all resolutions passed, including the re-election of directors and the adoption of the remuneration report. The meeting displayed strong shareholder support, with significant majorities voting in favor of the proposed resolutions, such as granting performance rights to the CEO and adopting proportional takeover provisions.
