GPM Metals Inc. has announced a private placement aiming to raise C$500,000 by offering over 8 million units at C$0.06 each, including shares and warrants. The funds are intended for exploration of the Walker Gossan Project in Australia and for general corporate purposes. The offering, pending regulatory approvals, is scheduled to close around October 10, 2024, with no finder’s fees and potential insider participation.
