GPM Metals Inc. has expanded its non-brokered private placement to a potential total of C$2.5 million, offering units that include shares and warrants. The capital raised will support exploration at the Walker Gossan Project in Australia and general corporate activities. The offering, which is subject to regulatory approvals, anticipates insider subscriptions and is set to close by the end of August 2024.
