Great Portland Estates PLC (GPE) has signed a 10-year lease with Gaggenau for a new 6,900 sq ft global flagship store at Orchard Court, W1, situated at 6/7 Portman Square. Gaggenau, a luxury home appliance brand, will relocate and expand from Wigmore Street to the newly branded ‘Portman & Wigmore’ retail and showroom destination. The move underscores Gaggenau’s confidence in London’s West End and GPE’s commitment to enhancing the area’s retail landscape.
