GP Industries Limited has announced significant changes to its Board and various committees, effective June and July 2024. This reshuffle includes the appointments of Mr. Seah Han Leong and Mr. Hung Cheung Fuk as Non-Executive Independent Directors and members of key committees, while signaling the retirements of long-serving directors Mr. Lim Ah Doo and Mr. Allan Choy Kam Wing. Additionally, new Chairmanships have been designated for the Audit and Risk Committee, the Remuneration Committee, and the Nominating Committee.
