Gore Street Energy Storage Fund PLC successfully held its Annual General Meeting on September 18, 2024, where all 16 resolutions, including the approval of annual financial statements, dividend policy, and directors’ remuneration, were passed. Notably, resolutions 13 to 16 were passed as special resolutions and will be filed with Companies House. The meeting saw robust shareholder participation with a significant majority voting in favor of the proposed resolutions.
