Goodman Group has announced a new securities issuance, proposing the release of over 3 million fully paid ordinary units, also known as stapled securities, under the ASX code GMG. The placement is scheduled for 22nd August 2024, aiming to strengthen the company’s capital structure. This move is subject to approval by the ASX and will adhere to the conditions outlined in the ASX Listing Rules.
