Goodman Group has announced the grant of over 11.9 million Performance Rights to its employees as part of its Long Term Incentive Plan (LTIP), with specific vesting conditions based on relative Total Shareholder Return (TSR) and Operating Earnings Per Share (EPS) growth. These rights, split between 5-year and 10-year grants, will be tested against performance hurdles that include TSR performance compared to the S&P/ASX 100 and a compound annual growth rate for Operating EPS. The grants are designed to align employee interests with those of shareholders and to drive the company’s long-term performance.
