Good Energy Group PLC has announced that 10.5% of its shareholders have elected to receive the full year dividend for 2023 as scrip dividends, resulting in the issuance of 16,832 new Ordinary Shares at £2.54 each. With the addition of these shares and those issued on 20 June 2024, the Company’s total issued share capital will be 18,243,980 Ordinary Shares, effective 11th July 2024. The company, a leading supplier of 100% renewable power, is focused on supporting a million homes and businesses in reducing their carbon footprint by 2025.
