Good Energy Group PLC has corrected the scrip dividend reference price for its final 2023 dividend to £2.54 per share from the previously announced 2.54 pence, maintaining all other details originally stated. This price was determined from the average market quotes for the company’s shares on the London Stock Exchange over a five-day period starting June 6, 2024. The revised dividend scheme details, including the new share issue and cash dividend payment dates, remain as previously published.
