Gooch & Housego PLC, a specialist in photonic components and systems, has disclosed a notable share acquisition by Elaine Sullivan, a person closely associated with the company’s Chairman, Gary Bullard. Elaine Sullivan purchased 5,000 Ordinary Shares at £4.63 each, increasing Bullard’s total interest in the company to 0.21%. The transaction took place on the London Stock Exchange on August 15, 2024.
