Gooch & Housego PLC, a leading manufacturer of photonic components, announced that Chairman Gary Bullard and a closely associated person, Elaine Sullivan, have purchased a total of 484 ordinary shares at £4.71 each. Bullard’s total holding now accounts for 0.19% of the company’s issued share capital. The transactions took place on the London Stock Exchange on July 30, 2024.
