Gooch & Housego PLC has announced that its Chairman, Gary Bullard, invested in the company by purchasing 3,000 Ordinary Shares at £5.50 each on the 4th of June 2024. This acquisition has increased Bullard’s total holdings to 46,721 shares, which now account for 0.19% of the company’s issued share capital. The transaction took place on the London Stock Exchange.
