GOME Retail Holdings Limited has announced the appointment of Mr. Ding Jiang Ning and Ms. Wei Ting as new executive directors effective from August 30, 2024. Both appointees bring extensive experience within the company, with Mr. Ding serving as Vice President of Finance and Ms. Wei as Vice President of Human Resources. Additionally, Mr. Ding will replace Mr. Zou Xiao Chun as the company’s authorized representative in accordance with the Listing Rules.
