Gome Finance Technology Co., Ltd. has successfully passed a special resolution to change the company’s English name to ‘Tong Tong AI Social Group Limited’ and adopt a new Chinese secondary name, with an overwhelming majority of 99.9999% votes in favor. The company is now awaiting approval from the Registrar of Companies in Bermuda for the name change to officially take effect. Shareholders voted unanimously at the Special General Meeting held on 26 September 2024, with no votes against or intentions to abstain reported.
