Gome Finance Technology Co. has announced the resignation of Mr. Lee Puay Khng as an independent non-executive Director and changes in the Board, including Ms. Wu Qian’s appointment as a non-executive Director effective from 25 July 2024. Ms. Wu brings a wealth of experience from Gome Capital and Gome Holding Group, and her appointment is set to influence the company’s strategic direction. The company has expressed gratitude to Mr. Lee for his contributions and a warm welcome to Ms. Wu in her newly appointed role.
