Xinjiang Goldwind Science & Technology Co., Ltd. has announced the successful registration and planned issuance of the first tranche of Green Ultra-Short-Term Financing Bonds for 2024, totaling RMB 2 billion. The registration, valid for two years, was accepted by the National Association of Financial Market Institutional Investors and will be underwritten by leading Chinese banks. This move aligns with the company’s previously approved proposals for bond issuance and asset-backed securities within and outside the PRC.
