Goldstone Resources Ltd has issued 56 million share options to its directors and a senior manager to align their interests with shareholders and motivate enhanced performance. The options are structured in three tranches, with varying vesting conditions tied to immediate availability, production achievements, and cost-reduction milestones at the Homase Mine. This strategic move represents the first such issuance in over a decade and comprises about 8.53% of the company’s issued share capital.
