Goldsky Resources ( (TSE:GSKR) ) just unveiled an update.

Goldsky Resources reported unaudited fourth-quarter and full-year 2025 results that highlight a transformed balance sheet following the acquisition of Mawson Finland and an associated C$80 million financing, which lifted cash to $84.4 million and expanded total assets to $178.0 million. The company’s exploration and evaluation assets jumped to $91.5 million as it integrated the Rajapalot project and advanced drilling, although its annual net loss widened to $28.2 million on higher exploration spending and corporate activity.

Operationally, Goldsky continued to advance key Nordic projects, with drilling at the Aida target within the Paubäcken project confirming strong multi-zone gold mineralization and supporting the potential for a large-scale system that remains open in several directions. At the Rajapalot gold-cobalt project in Finland, multi-rig drilling programs focused on expanding and upgrading resources at the Palokas and Raja zones, aiming to boost resource confidence and test new regional targets.

Subsequent to year-end, the company agreed to acquire the remaining 55% interest in the Barsele Gold Project, consolidating full ownership of what it calls a key development asset in central Sweden. Goldsky plans to advance Barsele toward a Preliminary Economic Assessment in 2026 while continuing exploration across its broader Nordic portfolio, a strategy that could materially shape its future production pipeline and regional positioning.

The most recent analyst rating on (TSE:GSKR) stock is a Buy with a C$5.00 price target. To see the full list of analyst forecasts on Goldsky Resources stock, see the TSE:GSKR Stock Forecast page.
