Goldrea Resources Corp. has launched a non-brokered private placement aiming to raise $168,000 by offering 12 million units at $0.014 each. The funds are earmarked for exploration and development of the company’s mineral properties as well as for general working capital needs. Each unit includes one common share and a warrant to purchase additional shares at $0.05 for up to three years.
