Goldrea Resources Adjusts Private Placement Terms

Goldrea Resources (TSE:GOR) has released an update.

Goldrea Resources Corp. has revised the terms of its previously announced private placement, reducing the unit price to $0.012 and increasing the number of units to 8 million to meet a fundraising target of $96,000. The funds are earmarked for exploration and development of the company’s mineral properties and for general working capital, with securities subject to a four-month resale restriction.
