GoldQuest Mining Corp. successfully raised C$8.7 million through a private placement, boosting its cash reserves to over C$15 million. The funds will be used to advance the Romero project in the Dominican Republic, which holds significant economic potential, and to enhance exploration efforts in the Tireo Formation. The company also welcomed new board member Charles Reid, who brings valuable expertise in asset recovery and project development.
