Goldplat plc, an AIM-listed Mining Services Group, has announced the awarding of 200,000 restricted shares each to CFO Brent Doster and COO Douglas Davidson, vesting at no cost by July 2025, contingent upon their continued employment. The share awards follow the company’s previous announcement on May 28, 2024, and are part of Goldplat’s efforts to incentivize its management team as it services the gold recovery needs in Africa and South America.
