Goldplat plc, a gold producer listed on the AIM, has announced the departure of its non-executive Chairman Gerard Kemp and non-executive Director Sango Ntsaluba. They will not be standing for re-election at the upcoming AGM and have stepped down immediately, with Gerard Kisbey-Green taking on the role of acting Chairman. CEO Werner Klingenberg expressed gratitude for their contributions and looks forward to Ntsaluba’s continued involvement at the subsidiary level.
