GoldON Resources Ltd. has successfully completed a non-brokered private placement financing, raising $400,000 through the sale of 8 million units at $0.05 each. These funds are earmarked for developing the company’s wholly-owned West Madsen Gold Property and to support general working capital needs. Each unit sold includes one common share and a share purchase warrant, which allows the purchase of an additional share at $0.10 within two years.
