Currys PLC has announced a significant change in share ownership as The Goldman Sachs Group, Inc. has adjusted its holdings. The transaction, which crossed a notifiable threshold on August 21, 2024, resulted in Goldman Sachs now holding a total of 3.826233% of voting rights in the company. This change reflects both a decrease in direct voting rights and an increase in voting rights through financial instruments.
