Goldhills Holding Ltd. has successfully completed a private placement, issuing 6.7 million shares to raise $335,000 for mineral exploration and general capital needs. The company also corrected its claim holdings for the Lennac Lake Project to a total of seven claims encompassing over 2,296 hectares after additional staking. Significant shareholder Steven Sangha increased his stake to approximately 10.67% of the company’s shares through the recent offering.
