Goldflare Unveils Dual Private Placements

Goldflare Exploration Inc (TSE:GOFL) has released an update.

Goldflare Exploration Inc. has launched two new private placement offerings to eligible investors, with unit prices set at $0.015 and $0.02 respectively, each including a common share and a warrant. The company aims to raise between $50,000 and $100,000 from each placement to finance working capital needs and exploration expenses. Both offerings are contingent on regulatory approvals and are expected to close by July 12th, 2024.
