Goldflare Exploration Inc. has completed two notable private placements, raising $70,000 through common share offerings and $112,000 via flow-through share offerings. The funds from these investments are earmarked for financing Canadian Exploration Expenses in Quebec and the company’s general working capital. The offerings involved insider participation and are pending final TSX Venture Exchange approval.
