Goldflare Exploration Inc. has announced the consolidation of its shares, with the change taking effect on September 4, after receiving approval from shareholders and the TSX Venture Exchange. The consolidation will see the current shares reduced using a ratio of 5 old shares to 1 new share, resulting in a total of approximately 24.67 million new shares.
