Goldflare Exploration Inc. has announced a leadership reshuffle with Mr. Michel Desjardins stepping up as the new CEO after his predecessor, Mr. Ghislain Morin, stepped down due to health issues but will remain on the board. Additionally, Ms. Sara Pedneault is taking over as Chairperson of the Board. The company has also scheduled an Annual General and Special Meeting to discuss a significant reverse stock split.
