Goldflare Exploration Inc. has announced the resignation of Serge Roy from his roles as Vice-President, Strategy and Business, and Chairman of the Board, citing personal reasons. Roy praised the company’s high-potential assets upon his departure, while CEO Ghislain Morin expressed both regret and optimism, as new leadership promises fresh perspectives. Morin will succeed Roy as Chairman, and Sara Pedneault will join the audit board as its third member.
