Goldex Resources Corporation has announced a delay in filing their annual financial reports due to unexpected complications in gathering necessary documents from Guatemalan government agencies. As a result, the British Columbia Securities Commission has issued a temporary management cease trade order restricting insider trading until the reports are filed, which is anticipated to happen by June 28, 2024. Goldex is working to resolve the issues and will adhere to alternative information guidelines in the meantime.
