Goldex Resources Corporation has announced a delay in filing its annual financial statements and other related documents due to unexpected complications, including scheduling conflicts and delayed documentation from Guatemalan government agencies. The British Columbia Securities Commission has issued a Management Cease Trade Order (MCTO), which restricts certain company insiders from trading securities until the required documents are filed, which is expected to be on or before June 28, 2024. The company has committed to providing bi-weekly updates and complying with alternative information guidelines until the filings are complete.
