Golden Wheel Tiandi Holdings Co. Ltd. reported a significant decline in its financial performance for the first half of 2024, with revenue dropping by 32.7% and total contracted sales falling by 50.9% compared to the same period last year. The company faced a loss of approximately RMB507.7 million, mainly due to gross losses in property sales, foreign exchange losses, and a fair value loss on investment properties. The net asset value per share also decreased to RMB0.26 from RMB0.54 at the end of the previous year.
