Golden Spike Resources Corp. is thrilled to announce an oversubscribed private placement financing, led by prominent investor Eric Sprott, who now owns more than 10% of the company. The funds raised, totaling $600,000, are allocated for the exploration of the company’s Gregory River copper-gold property in Newfoundland, as well as general corporate expenses. The property has historical high-grade copper veins and is on a trend with other significant VMS mineralization, with exploration activities set to start this summer.
