Golden Solar New Energy Technology Holdings Limited is set to establish a joint venture named Jinlong (Xi’an) New Energy Technology Co., Ltd. with a registered capital of RMB659 million. The new JV company, formed in partnership with JP-Solar and LONGi, will focus on the production and sales of solar cells, with ownership stakes of 27.31% held by Golden Solar (Quanzhou), 52.51% by JP-Solar, and 20.18% by LONGi.
