Golden Solar New Energy Technology Holdings Limited has announced a reallocation of the remaining RMB105,979,000 from its 2022 share placement proceeds to better utilize the Group’s resources. Around RMB301,312,000 had already been spent in line with previous plans. The board’s decision aims to redirect the unspent funds to areas such as procurement of production equipment and general working capital.
